The Direct to Garment printing process utilizes a printer similar to a computer ink-jet printer. The print heads shuttle back-and-forth across the garment and lay down ink. This eco-friendly, water based ink is absorbed into the cotton fibers of the garment and leaves a durable & vibrant image that, unlike screen printing, cannot be felt. With this process, printed colors tend to take on a hue complementary to the garments color. Digital printing maintains your designs color vibrancy best on a 100% cotton garment.
